Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use desitechnology.com, DESI ID, and our platforms such as DesiSurveys.com and DesiTasks.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old. You must give true information and use only your own email address and accounts.

2. Your DESI ID

  • One DESI ID per person. It is free.
  • Keep your email account and devices secure. Never share sign-in codes with anyone. We will never ask for them.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your DESI ID. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
  • You can delete your DESI ID at any time from My DESI ID.

3. Our platforms are directories

DesiSurveys.com and DesiTasks.com are directories. They list survey, microtask and freelancing platforms run by other companies. We do not run those platforms, we do not pay you for surveys or tasks, and we are not part of any deal between you and them.

  • We try to list only genuine platforms and to keep information up to date, but we cannot guarantee how any listed platform behaves, pays or treats your data.
  • Before signing up anywhere, read that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
  • If a listed platform seems unfair or fake, please tell us through the feedback form so we can review it.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

  • break any law, or use our services for gambling, betting, fraud or scams;
  • create fake or multiple accounts, or pretend to be someone else;
  • try to hack, overload, copy or scrape our services;
  • send abusive, hateful or misleading feedback.

We may suspend or remove a DESI ID that breaks these rules.

5. Our content

The DESITechnology name, logo, design and text belong to us. You may share links to our pages freely. Please do not copy our design or content as your own.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep our services running and accurate, but they are provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop any feature at any time.

7. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by third-party platforms listed in our directories, by service interruptions, or by misuse of your account by others. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

8. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date above. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. Before going to court, please write to us. Most problems can be solved by talking.
