Questions, answered
Is DESI ID really free?
Yes. Joining, using our platforms and earning coins is free, and always will be.
Why no password?
Passwords get stolen and forgotten. A one-time email code, Google, LinkedIn or your phone fingerprint is safer and easier.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to sign you in and send important account messages. We never sell it or share it for ads.
Can I use my DESI ID on DesiSurveys and DesiTasks?
Yes. The same DESI ID will sign you in to every DESITechnology platform.
How do I delete my DESI ID?
Open My DESI ID, go to Security and press Delete. Everything is removed for good.
